Gentlemen Start Your Engines

Last weekend Alex experienced his first trip to the racetrack, the first of many I'm sure. Nanny and Paw-Paw gave Travis a ride-along in a racecar for his birthday last fall and the weather FINALLY cooperated enough for Travis to get his ride.


Daddy took Alex to check out victory lane ...



Alex didn't seem phased by the racecars and was his usual happy self.

It was really a fun day!


Alex is 12 weeks old now and weighs approximately 13 pounds, 13 ounces. He is sleeping through the night (Yeah!) and is eating cereal twice a day now. Unfortunately, his head full of hair is starting to thin and only time will tell if he is going to lose it all. He is babbling up a storm and smiles alot!

    Adorable, as usual! It was soooo great seeing you guys last night, and I'm glad I got to hold Alex for the 1 minute that Elliott alloted me. I'm glad Travis FINALLY got to live his race car fantasy. For the record, I still don't get it!
